Cash on Delivery Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently provide delivery across India, subject to delivery serviceability.

Our general delivery timelines are:

  • Jaipur, Gurgaon and Mumbai: Same-day delivery, subject to applicable cut-off times, availability, and serviceability.

  • Rest of India: Approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order or coordinating with the delivery executive when required.

If delivery cannot be completed after the applicable delivery attempts, the order may be returned to origin.

Where an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address or incorrect contact information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests delivery to a new address.
