Fidelo’s story began in Thikaria, a village in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a simple belief: the food people already love can be made better.

Founded by CA Aishwarya Goyal, Fidelo started with a vision to create modern food that brings together great taste, quality, nutrition and convenience — without asking people to give up the foods they enjoy.

But our roots mean more than where we began.

From our home in rural Rajasthan, we’re committed to creating employment, building skills and enabling sustainable growth in the communities around us.
